DKB were engaged by local company Glass & Mirror Technology, a leading supplier of bespoke glass and mirror products to support them in their expansion of The Splashback Shop throughout the UK. They requested DKB Training to develop a training academy using our experience of customer service and engagement standards.

DKB worked closely with Sales Director Duncan Garritt of Glass & Mirror Technology to identify and define the key business standards when surveying and fitting glass splashbacks at customers properties. Once defined, DKB Training developed an in-house experiential training package, allowing for individuals’ of different experience levels to gain confidence within a bespoke training environment, reaching the technical competence required quickly to provide a leading professional, high standard service allowing The Splashback Shop and Glass & Mirror Technology to stand out from their competitors.

Duncan told us how delighted he was with the material and service provided and that he was impressed with the standards and professionalism of DKB. Ben, who had worked on the project had quickly become part of the team and he was looking forward to his support on the first Induction programme that they delivered.
