A Scottish debt recovery organisation approached DKB Training to undertake a full TNA of their business area and report the findings to the Senior Management Team.
A highly successful fast growth business area had led to a need to review all existing training material that was no longer deemed fit for purpose with their current client base.
The recommendations from the findings were adopted which led to a full rewrite of their Induction programme and Trainer delivery upskill process.
In addition Managerial support was given in the form of workshops and coaching sessions to help them address the many changes they were going through in the different departments.
Following the new Induction rollout a PIR analysis was undertaken with positive Feedback from all involved in the process and as a result an Interim Management position was agreed with a DKB Training Associate to help the company continue its learning journey.
