Overview

Our qualified and experienced Associates have been in the training industry for many years, so we know what it takes to be a great Trainer.

Our Train the trainer course will give you an understanding of how people learn, so that the people you train will go away with the knowledge they need and will have enjoyed the learning experience.

The 4-day Train the Trainer course is an introductory course for those new to the training industry or a refresher course for those who could do with a boost.  It covers everything from learning styles and the learning cycle to personality profiling and group dynamics.

This interactive and engaging course provides ample opportunities for Delegates to discuss and practice how to handle a range of training challenges.

We offer generic and tailored Train the Trainer programmes to help meet your specific business requirements.
