Rachel is an accomplished, strategic leader with a substantial background in managing large, high performing teams for nearly 20 years. She has a wealth of experience in making effective decisions, commerciality, profit management, budget planning and project management and uses this knowledge to influence leaders in multiple industries.

Rachel now works with multiple industries, specialising in Leadership Development and HR People Management Skills. She has vast experience in project management, recruiting 50 associate trainers in a short space of time for multiple national roll outs whilst overseeing large projects.
