Do you need to understand how to resolve situations where what you want, conflicts with what someone else wants?

This could be with other colleagues, work departments, or with customers and suppliers. The aim of our Negotiation workshop is to give you the skills to find a solution that is acceptable to both parties, and leaves everyone feeling that they’ve won, after the event.

Since most business relationships will continue after the negotiation, our aim should be to come to an acceptable negotiation, rather than haggle or manipulate the other party. This helps develop the relationship, increase understanding and transparency and helps individuals and business to flourish.
