Karen has 35 years experience in Financial services in Sales, Operations and Learning. She has worked on large projects to build new departments, developing the processes and training to meet the project’s needs.
She has also 25 years experience of successfully managing teams in all three business areas ranging from 6 – 350 in a face to face environment and also virtually across Europe where she has worked extensively for the past 10 years.
Karen has a Post Graduate diploma in Management, is a qualified NLP practioner and is qualified to deliver Myers Briggs and TMI profiling. Her strengths lie in Management and Leadership, particularly Performance Management and Leading people through change.
