Jo is passionate about supporting individuals, teams and organisations to be their best and achieve game changing results.
With over 20 years experience as a Learning & Development professional she has a strong track record in sales and service organisations, including 15 years within financial services.
Jo utilises her own experiences as a CITI qualified project manager within L&D where she led teams through a variety of transformation and change programmes, including cultural, regulatory and process initiatives.

Over more recent years she has worked on award winning leadership programmes to support individuals with their personal leadership progression, motivating and inspiring teams and bringing innovation and creativity to set and achieve strategic goals.

Coaching others has always been a passion of Jo’s and seeing others excel and achieve their goals is her key driver. She uses a number of concepts and tools within her training and coaching along with her open and honest style to support individuals to really open up to the opportunities and maximise their own potential.

Jo is an MBTI and Emergenetics practitioner.
