We can create a concept paper or Terms of Reference for larger projects for review and agreement before any design work is started. You remain in the driving seat and in full control of everything we do.

Our Associates have designed and developed fantastic training courses for over 30 years for both large corporations and small business enterprises. We would be delighted to work with you to create training material that meets your budget and exceeds your needs.

We can work from your requirements brief, a Terms of Reference created by your Project Team/Business, or one that we have created if we are requested to complete an Individual Needs Analysis. We are able to design training material for skills based courses, induction of new staff and technical/systems training with the assistance of a subject matter expert from within the business.

We have delivered to a wide variety of audiences from induction training for new staff joining the business to Senior Management programmes, from communications and sales training to product and systems training. Whether it is in-house training material or bespoke material, we are passionate about delivering high energy, professional and memorable training that delivers skills and knowledge that Delegates can immediately utilise in the workplace.

It is great to witness the ‘WOW’ moments when people start to see how they will apply their learning into real life workplace, outside the classroom. Throughout our training we build in quizzes, practical exercises and practice sessions for Delegates to try out the theory and embed the knowledge to take back to the workplace. Some courses, such as our qualification courses, involve completing a workbook during the course, taking the learning back to the workplace and completing a diary. They follow this up by writing a report of what they have learnt, implemented and evaluating how it went. This is then assessed by DKB Training and verified by qualified assessors in order to ensure it meets the required standards and then the qualification is awarded.

For all of our courses we are able to offer support following course delivery to ensure that the learning is embedded into the workplace through 1:1 coaching and mentoring, observation and feedback or ongoing skills assessment. Whatever the business needs, we are happy to assist with reinforcing Delegate’s skills and knowledge.

Staff often come back from our training motivated and excited to put their learning into practice and often that is where our journey with your Business ends. But how do you know what impact the training has actually had? Have sales, quality, motivation, leadership, or customer feedback improved? Have errors reduced? We are available to come back days, weeks or months after our learning interventions have been delivered to review and evaluate what tangible impacts the training has had by comparing information gathered before and after the training delivery.
