The qualification is ideally suited to Department Heads and other practising Middle Managers and Leaders. It’s also suited to practising Team Leaders seeking to move up to the next level of Management, improve performance and prepare for further Management responsibilities.
How is it delivered & what do you get?
The ILM Level 5 Award is an accredited course, delivered through a combination of classroom, work based learning and Delegates’ own reflective workbooks. The units we cover on this course are:

Duration & Course Details
This course takes place over 5 separate days, each of them delivered a month apart. This allows delegates to put their learning into practice within the workplace, and makes sure they have a clear understanding of the learning before moving on to the next session.

Payment Terms
The usual cost for this course is £1095 + vat per delegate.
A deposit of £50 per person must be made at the time of booking. Payment must be made in full no later than 5 working days prior to the course start date.

We understand that ‘life’ happens, and where possible we will endeavour to transfer a delegates place on a course to an alternative course, should they no longer be able to attend
Cancellations must be made in writing and sent to info@dkb-training.co.uk. The following charges for cancellations apply:
Less than 10 working days notice = up to 100% of costs apply
10- 15 working days = up to 50% of costs apply
15+ working days = no charges apply
