Over the last few years we have been steadily working to deliver professional qualifications, as well as working with our clients on a range of other projects.
At times the learning curve was huge and occasionally it has felt more like we were looping the loop or had gone off the rails entirely! Throughout it all though, we have been constantly learning and thoroughly enjoying the challenge of working with inspiring individuals on their professional development.
This, in part, is the reason we decided to increase our proposition by acquiring Jade Solutions UK. The fit is perfect for where we would like to take our business. They have an amazingly talented group of trainers who have been working tirelessly with their groups and are consummate professionals. With a client base which includes Fire, Police, Ambulance and local authorities looking for Teacher and Trainer qualifications, they set the bar high and deliver a brilliant service. This fits perfectly with how we work at DKB and provides an opportunity for us to increase our knowledge and learn new skills across both brands.
We are looking forward to getting everyone together to share ideas, network and celebrate all our great achievements at the end of the year. For now, we will continue our daily lessons and getting to grips on the tasks, chores and the admin of this new and exciting challenge.
As someone once said, “There is no failure, you either win or learn.” Given the amount of learning we are doing and the wise words of Jim Kwik, by the time you see us, we may very well be wearing capes and flying into the room with our new superpowers!
