- ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management.
This award qualification provides aspiring or practising Supervisors, Team Leaders and First Line Managers with a recognised qualification that focuses on developing knowledge of leadership and management theories and assisting participants in gaining the core skills required for the role of Leader/Manager in a business or organisation.
- ILM Level 5 Award in Leadership & Management.
This award qualification is ideally suited to Department Heads and other practising Middle Managers and Leaders. It’s also suited to practising Team Leaders seeking to move up to the next level of Management, improve performance and prepare for further Management responsibilities.
