Overview

Facilitation is not just for Trainers!

Everyone in business has, at some point, come out of a meeting or training feeling it was a big waste of time. Perhaps they were presented to or talked at and left feeling that there was no engagement, input or interaction with Attendees.

A great Facilitator has the ability to allow Attendees to discuss ideas and to not only see and hear the obvious, but identify what else might be going on that isn’t quite so apparent. They can interpret difficulties, resolve conflict, cut through time wasting and enable Attendees to reach agreements.

 

Our programme explores an extensive range of tools and techniques to equip Delegates with the skills and tools to become excellent Facilitators whether in the delivery of training.
