Coaching and Mentoring

Overview

As a centre for the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) we are proud to be approved to deliver a range of ILM programmes including the ILM Level 3 Award in Workplace Coaching for Team Leaders and First Line Managers.

This award provides aspiring or practicing Team Leaders and First Line Managers with a recognised qualification that focuses on developing knowledge, skills and confidence to understand, organise and undertake effective coaching in the workplace as part of their normal role.

In addition to the ILM award, we are able to offer non-accredited coaching and mentoring programmes that can be tailored to meet specific business requirements. We can deliver coaching courses, coach individual Staff members and provide mentoring to staff aspiring to develop themselves and their careers.

Often, as part of our consultation and programme delivery, we are asked if we are able to coach or mentor individuals within their own workplace and as part of their personal development plans. We would be delighted to provide further guidance, feedback and support on implementing the learning from the classroom whether that is listening to calls, observing a sale, 1:1s or other activities.
